Greetings from Sergei Shoigu, Secretary of the Security
Council of the Russian Federation, to the participants of the
International Security Forum
Moscow defines the main vectors
for strengthening international security
Dear colleagues,
I am pleased to welcome you to Moscow for the first
International Security Forum.
A rich program has been prepared for you this year. In
addition to the traditional annual International Meeting
of High-Ranking Officials Responsible for Security
Matters, you will also have the opportunity to take part
in a number of academic and practical seminars and
roundtables, covering topics such as the development of
the geopolitical situation in the world, the
preservation and protection of traditional spiritual and
moral values, countering neocolonialism, terrorism,
disinformation, and manipulation as tools of hybrid
warfare.
Also, exhibitions from key Russian ministries and
agencies, state corporations, financial organizations,
and defense industry enterprises will be presented to
you.
Building a framework for equal and indivisible security,
including the resolution of regional crises, requires
coordinated efforts from the countries of the global
majority. Amid geopolitical turbulence, Russia is ready
to offer interested countries a platform for developing
universal and comprehensive solutions aimed at taking
into account the interests of all states in the emerging
multipolar world. These are the goals of the
International Security Forum.
Alongside a tight official program, cultural and
educational events have also been prepared for you to
explore Russian history and its invaluable cultural and
spiritual heritage.
I wish you a pleasant stay in Moscow and all the very
best!
