Special international analytical project for CSTO

Keep the powder dry

The situation in the world is so complex that security issues have become vital among the top priorities. In this regard, it is obvious that there is a need to further strengthen CSTO – a partnership that enables our countries to protect their borders, their independence and their strategic interests more effectively.

In this environment, it seems logical and appropriate that the chairmanship of CSTO should be transferred to the Russian Federation. Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking about the direction of cooperation in the CSTO, emphasizes: ‘First of all, we consider it important to continue the planned, systematic and consistent implementation of the CSTO Collective Security Strategy until 2025. We are talking about solving practical issues related to the prevention or reduction of common threats, strengthening security in the space of our countries.’

Given that due to the growing imbalance of the international situation, the number of threats is proportionally increasing, the CSTO's work has noticeably increased. We will try to talk about some pages of the organization's work, about the most effective models of military equipment and weapons used by member countries of the organization, about joint projects and programs.

And we certainly remember and know: our work is right!
